Cancellation Policy
Sessions are conducted online via video call (Zoom) In-person sessions (NYC) are by request only and require a 2-hour minimum. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hoursโ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. If youโre more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or considered a no-show. All sessions are prepaid.
